Cancelling an appointment with short-notice leaves a gap in your counsellor’s schedule which can be difficult to fill. Cancellation fees help to protect your counsellor against unreasonable income loss.

Please provide more than 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment, the cancellation fee is your full session fee.

Your counsellor may make an exception or partial refund of your booking fee, at their discretion, in cases of emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.
